WG#6 Enhancing Service Concepts for Simulation Project Delivery

Topic The topic of the working group is to review and discuss the service delivery concepts adopted by Sim-Serv and to propose and plan improvements to them. The group will discuss how internet based means and conventional interaction techniques can be mixed in order to best support operational methods of Sim-Serv.
Goals
  • To review service delivery processes used in the first 10 test cases of Sim-Serv
  • To discuss experience gained and needs for improvement or further testing
  • To establish a KAIZEN type process for Sim-Serv
